Bob-O’s was born from a simple philosophy passed down to us: "Relax and have fun". We believe life is complicated enough—breakfast shouldn’t be. We wanted to build a welcoming neighborhood spot right here in Fort Lauderdale where you can grab a consistent, delicious meal and just take a breath.

But "don't sweat the small stuff" doesn't mean we compromise on the craft. To bring South Florida a bagel that finally hits the spot, we dedicated ourselves to mastering the ultimate artisan recipe.

Every single bagel we serve is meticulously hand-rolled, crafted with passion, and baked fresh daily in our 100% dedicated gluten-free kitchen. We’ve achieved what many thought was impossible: an exceptionally high-quality, gluten-free bagel that still delivers that authentic, undeniable, traditional chew.
